Hello. C J here. I've been trying for a while to find some way of liking prosciutto. It's just too smoky for me. Then I found a three pack of meat with it, coppa di parma and Genoa salami. I figured out that if I toasted some of my family's homemade sourdough bread and used a ton of yellow mustard it made a great sandwich. It worked. Finally. I can feel sophisticated while eating fine lunch meat. Here's a picture. Enjoy!
