Hello. C J here. There’s one person behind this company. I do the art, graphic design, typing, typesetting and publishing. You see me here as I am. There’s one of me. I’m remarkably talkative despite being and introvert, am amazing at math but can’t hold a hammer to save my life and I can cook anything but don’t like beef. That’s about it. If I get three Descriptors at character generation those are pretty much mine.
I’m finally able to put my recipes on cards in the final Quantum game format for print. These are set up. That’s one thing off my list of things to set up. I’m going to be distributing the recipes in card format from now on. I think I’m out of fun stories to go along with them. The last long term project was my sweet cayenne stir fry from a few days ago. Now it’s just cards with full recipes and setting backstory on them. That job, and this blog’s involvement in it, is complete. The job worked.
Dragon Engine is going to be in Pre-Alpha this Christmas Day with a free EXE download for Windows available from me that day. The logo is already made and the playable core setup is what I’m giving away for free. We have a sky, water, house, grassland and movement controls done and in the EXE. I’m not working on adding anything new until New Year’s Day next year 2026 and then it’s a matter of making, colouring, naming, exporting and importing a couple thousand GLB format assets.
That will take a year or so considering how slowly I have to do it in order to keep my stamina up. I have strict anti-burnout rules when it comes to asset design and file hierarchy naming. Then I make three or four user interfaces to hold all of it, input the script for it and make the two starting maps. These maps are South District Ascala for the Absolute prologue and the Shadowed Vale in Basta in Eternity for Ishrayl in the March on Ishrayl tutorial. I’ll be entertaining myself with side projects that whole time.
At that point I will have no more posts I can make here about Dragon Engine that won’t be already in the game as an update by the time I post them here. The Minecraft server I’m making will be similar when it’s set up. I might do Minecraft server spotlights and building tips on YouTube but not here. That YouTube part is important. Hang onto that one for later. Quantum needs no more posts to set up either as a whole. With the Setting page done I have a complete public list of the locations and regions in the Legend Setting. The Legend Setting is done in that sense, is named in full and everything I do will be added to one of them.
Generic fantasy is the one genre my main setting doesn’t do so I have the new Fantasy Plus one-page RPG to do things that are so generic fantasy I can’t put them in the Legend Series. Now if something doesn’t work in the Legend Setting I add it to Minecraft and then add Minecraft to Fantasy Plus the RPG. Game design for the company is done forever for tabletop games and is 90% done for video game content. From now on I update the core engines I already know and have made.
Dominion is done or so close to being done that it does not require work. When I have the time I will finish Dominion, proofread it very slowly and then export it to PDF and publish it in the OneDrive folder. Then I’ll see about putting it into print using my home printing and book binding setup. It will probably cost over $100 for a copy considering it’s been around 10 years of hell mathematics to design and typeset. Printing it will probably cost $5-$6 a book on my end. That’s also figured out and is no longer on my list.
Once one of these tasks resolves I don’t always have one to replace it with. I started this blog when my job doing game design through formal mathematics made enough sense and had enough final draft content that I could share it with others to advertise. I only sell a sure thing. That’s one of my promises. My point is that this blog has a goal, or rather a set of goals, and that when that set of goals is done there will be nothing to post. I want this site up forever though so that everything on it is in the public record in case it’s useful to someone. I’m open sourcing game design and recipe design. That’s the goal here.
Then what? And for that matter, what am I getting out of this? After I have everything set up, which might take years from now to do, then I resume writing novels and doing video on YouTube as my main job. I also will continue to update Quantum, Dragon Engine and Fantasy Plus. This job does not have an end date and will be marketed on YouTube. However, once Dragon Engine is in its final draft it can be used to generate high quality art, art products, video content, movie content and novels.
What do I want? I want something to watch that’s in my genre and in my setting line. I want a lot of it. Consider this a job offer in a very specific future tense. I’ll hire from within the Dragon Engine community and I offer paid training. It’ll probably take an hour to walk someone through the film tools inside Dragon Engine and I’ll pay $20 for that hour. Then I pay teams to make video content, put it on YouTube and have that drive sales. We all get free high quality non-violent fantasy television forever and I get entertainment for me and my family. This is how a real business works. We all win every time.

Hello. C J here. I read a lot of cookbooks. This is done mostly for fun. I’m currently reading a short but really interesting book about traditional Chinese cooking. The book was written by an Indian author who has clearly researched Chinese food very well but some of the translations of recipes or concepts get a bit strange. I’m currently done the soups and starters section and am onto the section labelled ‘food that is saucy.’ Cool? Is it also savvy? There’s a surprisingly large amount of ketchup in the recipes. No I don’t think I want a recipe for hot and sour soup that is thickened ketchup water with vinegar and a bit of cabbage. No I also don’t want to take a slice of white wonderbread, roll it into a tube, stuff it with canned corn, deep fry it and then top it with sesame seeds. What in God’s name do they eat in China? And why is it specifically an image of white wonderbread? China? Are you okay? I managed to take out the vinegar, water and corn starch that makes up most of the h...
